Holistic analysis with individual action plan

An evaluation of your holistic life where we assume that we are all unique. For approximately 90 minutes via Zoom or phone, you will be analyzed from a holistic perspective to identify how you can best strengthen your body's own ability to balance and recover. After the analysis, you will be called to a follow-up call where you will receive an individual action plan tailored to your needs. Holistic analysis and evaluation is an investment in your health and well-being with support from Holistica Health Center. After booking, you will be contacted for further instructions where you will be given suggestions for two different times to choose from, which gives you flexibility and security in your planning.
